<strong>Position : Sr.  / Jr. Accounting Analyst
Location : Garland, TX</strong>

Essential Functions
1. Responsible for month end close, general ledger, and financial reports to HQ and for management.
2. Responsible for communications with Accounting and Finance departments HQ in Korea. 
3. Responsible for analyzing and creating reports for budget and actual expenses. 
4. Responsible for assisting with the development of policies, systems.
5. Maintain general ledgers for accuracy and completeness in accordance with GAAP
6. Conduct month-end and year-end closures
7. Ensure the payment requests ensuring all appropriate approvals and documentation has been received.
8. Prepare documents for audits
9. Apply new accounting policies and ensure compliance with rules and regulations
10. Abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
11. Guide financial decisions by monitoring and enforcing accounting policies and procedures.
12. Report to Accounting Sr. Supervisor and work to improve financial processes.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or equivalent required. 
2. Minimum of 3-4 years’ accounting experience required.
3. Previous supervisory experience preferred. 
4. Experience with MS Office Suite.
5. Must possess strong organizational and communication skills.
6. Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines.
7. Able to use logic and reasoning to identify solutions to problems.
8. Takes initiative and seeks additional training or direction as needed.
9. Must be willing to abide by company’s policies and procedures, including those that are safety-related. 
10. Self-motivated individual willing to work hard, able to work in a group and alone, and be quality conscious. 
11. Demonstrates a professional, team first attitude toward work and co-workers.
12. Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a wide variety of equipment.
13. Must be proficient in reading, writing and speaking of English.
