This individual will also assist with meeting the company’s statutory reporting requirements and will be responsible for managing the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis process. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious candidate looking to build a foundation of accounting and forecasting processes and grow with the company, as this individual will be a key member of their corporate accounting team. Duties Prepare monthly HQ reporting documents and disclosures. Assist in preparing statutory financial statements and identifying and accounting for any differences between US GAAP and IFRS. Provide support to the HQ corporate accounting team during the monthly close process. Track and oversee the daily movement of funds across company bank accounts and maintain bank reconciliations for multiple U.S. entities. Forecast short- and medium-term cash flow to monitor the company’s cash position. Develop, maintain and oversee the implementation of forecasting tools for individual projects. Perform variance analysis for actual vs budget and actual vs projections. Analyze past financial performance and forecasts to develop insight and identify trends in support of strategy development and implementation. Perform other ad-hoc accounting and finance tasks as needed. Qualifications: 3+ years of professional experience in accounting, financial closing, financial analysis, financial management or recent relevant experience Advanced financial management, financial analysis and high Excel skills. Must possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills and bring a hands-on approach with the ability to prioritize and deliver results with a wide variety of initiatives and constant deadlines. Ability to work with number of different teams within the company. Data analytic skills preferred. Korean / English Preferred.
