Job description
I. Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting & finance as controller

• Prepare half-year compilation, year-end review/audit

– Consolidated financial statements, including subsidiaries F/S and international liaison office F/S

– Income tax provision

– Notes to consolidated financial statements

• Prepare Monthly/Quarterly/Half-year/yearly closing

• Manage daily cash flows

• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements

• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles

• Prepare accurate reports for upper management (Korea HQ and Executives)

• Closely communicate with Korea headquarter and company executive

II. Qualifications

• 5+ year(s) of relevant experience and Major in Accounting and/or Finance for full-time managerial position

• Bachelor’s Degree/ Master’s Degree preferred

• Computer skills including Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)

• Accounting software knowledge (QuickBooks…)

• Proficiency in English and Korean
