This role will assist with general accounting functions, financial reporting, and cost analysis related to manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in accounting principles and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> • Prepare and post journal entries and maintain the general ledger • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes • Perform account reconciliations, including bank, inventory, and balance sheet accounts • Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions • Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, including materials, labor, and overhead • Support inventory accounting, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations • Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports • Support budgeting and forecasting processes • Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies • Assist with internal and external audits • Collaborate with operations and production teams to improve financial accuracy and reporting <strong>Requirements/Qualifications:</strong> • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (required) • 2–5 years of accounting experience • Understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar) • Strong Microsoft Excel skills • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills <strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong> • Experience in manufacturing or cost accounting • Experience with inventory accounting or standard costing • Knowledge of ERP systems used in manufacturing environments ※ 채용 절차: 서류 전형, 전화 인터뷰, On-site or Virtual 인터뷰 ※ 지원 방법: recruiting@people4nets.com 으로 이력서 송부 (담당자: Katherine) ※ 문의: 214-444-0240 I agree to the terms of service Update List
