Title: Office Associate Location - Greensboro, North Carolina Position Summary The Office Associate will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, purchasing activities, vendor communication, inventory management, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment. Strong communication skills in both English and Korean are highly preferred, as this role frequently interacts with teams and suppliers in both the United States and Korea. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and administrative activities. Process purchase requests, issue purchase orders, and track deliveries. Communicate with suppliers and service providers regarding quotations, orders, and invoices. Coordinate office supplies, laboratory consumables, and equipment purchases. Maintain purchasing records and organize vendor documentation. Support shipping, receiving, and logistics coordination. Assist with travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and company events. Support onboarding activities for new employees. Coordinate with accounting regarding invoices, receipts, and expense documentation. Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems. Assist management with various administrative projects and operational tasks. Support communication between the U.S. and Korean teams. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Communications, or a related field, or any equivalent work experience. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and negotiation skills. Preferred Previous experience in office administration, purchasing, procurement, or operations. Experience working in a manufacturing, engineering, technology, or laboratory environment. Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. Bilingual communication skills in English and Korean are highly preferred.
