Job Title: Smart Battery Manufacturing Director

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Smart Battery Manufacturing Director to manage and operate our battery production line. This position will be fully responsible for strategic planning, process optimization and team management of smart battery production to ensure product quality and delivery efficiency to meet market demand and the company’s development goals.

Main Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:

Develop short-term and long-term strategic plans for smart battery manufacturing to ensure consistency with the company’s overall goals.
Identify market trends and technological innovations to promote continuous improvement of products and production processes.
Production Management:

Supervise the entire production process, including production planning, material management, equipment maintenance and personnel scheduling.
Ensure that the production process meets industry standards and regulatory requirements, and optimize production efficiency and resource utilization.
Quality Control:

Responsible for the development and implementation of the quality management system to ensure that product quality meets customer and market requirements.
Handle quality issues and promote improvement measures to reduce non-conforming products and losses.
Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate the production team, provide guidance and training to improve employee skills and professionalism.
Establish an efficient team culture and promote collaboration and communication.
Cost Control:

Monitor manufacturing costs and budgets, implement effective cost control measures, and improve profitability.
Perform effective cost analysis and optimization for raw material procurement and production processes.
Project Management:

Responsible for the development and commissioning of new products, and collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure on-time delivery of projects.
Cooperate with the R&D department to promote the application and transformation of new technologies and enhance product competitiveness.
Job Requirements:
Master degree or above, chemical engineering, materials science, electrical engineering or related majors.
More than 10 years of work experience in the battery manufacturing industry or related fields, at least 5 years of management experience.
Familiar with smart battery production processes, with rich project management and team management experience.
Have a deep understanding of battery materials, process flow and equipment, and have innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Have good communication skills and be able to work effectively with people from different departments and levels.
Fluent in both Chinese and English, able to read and write technical documents.
