    About the Job :

    LG CNS America is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Entry-Level Site Operations Assistant / Field Coordinator to join our growing installation project team. This position will support daily operations at project sites and ensure smooth on-site communication and coordination.
    About the Benefits(Full-Time Employees) :

    Pay: The pay range for this position is $56,000 – $62,000. A wide range of factors are utilized in compensation decisions, including but not limited to, experience, skill-sets, job-related knowledge, geographic market, and other key qualifications based on business needs.
    – Bonus: This position is bonus eligible

    Main Responsibilities :

    – Site Management: Support on-site operations and monitor work progress.
    – Manpower Management: Assist with attendance tracking and workforce allocation.
    – Administrative Support: Organize documents, prepare reports, and collect project data.
    – Material Management: Manage material inflow/outflow and track inventory levels.
    – Reporting: Compile and submit daily and weekly reports.
    – Project Support: Assist in schedule management, progress tracking, and communication with subcontractors.

    Experience & Qualifications :

    – Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Engineering or related technical majors preferred, but not mandatory.
    – Experience: No prior experience required — training will be provided.
    – Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (Sponsorship not available).
    – Preferred Traits:

    o Excellent communication and organizational skills
