Now Editing “Single resident로 agent listing인데 document에는 콘도로 분류된 집” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) 마음에 드는 집을 찾아서 진지하게 구매하려고 하는데요 Zillow등 웹사이트에는 single resident라고 되어있고 land lot도 구역이 정해져 있는데요 매달 HOA를 내야하고 buyer agent 말로는 disclosure에는 condo로 분류되어 있다고 합니다. 특성은 single family house (개인 land + HOA restriction rule은 없음) 인데 disclosure에는 콘도(집앞도로 및 집 사이사이 공용면적이 존재)인 경우 구매시 불이익이 있을까요? 구매시 주의사항이 있을까요? 잘 아시는 분들의 조언을 부탁드립니다. 읽어주셔서 감사합니다.
