1) Are you over 59 1/2 years old?
2) Do you want to close Simple IRA and to roll over money into other IRA or do you want to withdraw money?
3) What do you mean about “How can I do”? – You’d better contact the Administrator and ask about the way to withdraw money. They will explain to you.

예전에 미국서 일한적이 있고, 지금은 한국에 있으며 아직 59.5세가 안돼었고 simple IRA에 있는돈을 찾기를 원한다..라는 질문이라면,
해당 기관에 전화하시거나, 아니면 웹에 가시면 각종 form들이 있을겁니다.
회사마다 조금씩 다르지만 distribution/transfer form(?)인가 하는게 있을거고,
이걸 출력하셔서 전액 withdraw하신다고 하고, 주소 적으시면 집으로 첵이 올겁니다.
정확히는 기억 안나는데 세금등등으로 20%정도 뗄거구요.
