**Sign on Bonus**

Payout Terms $500.00 at 3 months and $1500 at 6 months

Bonus amount is $2,000

**To be eligible for the sign-on bonus, you must be an active employee at the time of payouts, must have perfect attendance during the 6 months period. Re-hires are not eligible for the sign on bonus. Also, not eligible for the company attendance bonus during this period. **
