    Senior Sales Manager – B2C Products

    Location: Irvine, CA

    Salary: $124,000 – $135,000 annually (DOE) + Annual Bonus

    We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead sales growth for a premium consumer product line in the heating and cooling category. The ideal candidate has strong experience in B2C product sales, strategic planning, and relationship management.

    This role requires a results-driven professional who can develop new business opportunities, manage key customer relationships, and drive market expansion. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to both strategic goals and operational details.

    Responsibilities

    Promote, sell, and secure orders from prospective customers through relationship-based sales and new business development

    Demonstrate products to customers and assist them in selecting solutions that best meet their needs

    Develop and implement B2C sales strategies and marketing plans

    Build and maintain strong relationships with customers within assigned territory or market segments

    Conduct sales presentations, phone outreach, and in-person meetings with prospective clients

    Identify new business opportunities through market research and prospecting

    Develop proposals and quotations for prospective customers

    Coordinate with sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical support teams

    Support after-sales service in collaboration with the company’s technical support team

    Plan and manage online and offline marketing strategies

    Develop and manage annual marketing budgets and event strategies

    Monitor market trends and analyze competitor products

    Resolve customer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction

    Provide management with regular reports on customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities

    Represent the company at trade shows, conventions, and industry events

    Plan and organize territory sales strategies to maximize Return on Time Investment

    Leadership Responsibilities

    Manage and supervise sales team members

    Participate in hiring, training, coaching, and performance reviews

    Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

    Qualifications

    7+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2C product industries

    Experience in consumer lifestyle, home products, or sleep technology industries preferred

    Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

    Experience with digital marketing, offline marketing, and online store operations

    Strong computer proficiency and presentation skills

    Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets

    Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience

    Ability and willingness to travel occasionally (less than 5%)

    Compensation

    $124,000 – $135,000 annual salary (DOE)
