Senior Purchasing Director Job Description
Job Overview:
Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the company’s overall procurement strategy, optimize supply chain management, ensure cost control and effective use of resources. Lead the procurement team, establish good cooperative relationships with suppliers, and promote continuous improvement of the procurement process.Main Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement procurement strategies to ensure compliance with the company’s business goals.
Conduct market research, analyze supplier market trends, and find and evaluate potential suppliers.
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contract terms to obtain the best procurement conditions.
Supervise procurement processes to ensure efficient and compliant procurement operations.
Analyze procurement data, conduct cost control and budget management.
Participate in product development and provide professional advice on material procurement.
Train and guide the procurement team to improve the team’s professional level and execution.
Job Requirements:Bachelor degree or above, supply chain management, logistics or related majors.
More than 5 years of procurement management experience, with leadership skills.
Strong negotiation skills and market analysis skills.
Those familiar with international trade and related laws and regulations are preferred.
