Job Description: Senior Manufacturing Manager
Job Overview
The Senior Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for supervising and managing the manufacturing team and optimizing the production process to ensure product quality, efficiency and cost control. This position requires strong leadership and strategic thinking in a rapidly changing environment to drive the team towards the company’s goals.

Main Responsibilities
Production Management:

Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficient operation in accordance with production plans and product specifications.

Evaluate and improve production processes, implement lean production and other efficiency improvement strategies to reduce waste and increase production capacity.
Team Leadership:

Lead and manage cross-functional teams, motivate employees to achieve production goals, and promote employee career development.
Organize and implement regular training and performance evaluations to improve team skills and job satisfaction.
Quality Control:

Ensure that product quality meets company standards and customer requirements, and monitor quality control points during the production process.
Develop and implement quality improvement plans and promptly resolve quality-related issues.
Cost Management:

Responsible for formulating and controlling manufacturing budgets and developing feasible cost reduction strategies to increase profit margins.
Analyze production costs and performance, and make improvement suggestions and solutions.
Safety and Compliance:

Ensure that the production environment complies with safety standards and relevant regulations, improve safety awareness, and reduce the incidence of accidents.
Promote environmental protection and sustainable development measures to ensure that the production process meets environmental protection requirements.
Technological Innovation:

Participate in the research and development and introduction of new products to ensure that new products can enter the production line smoothly.
Evaluate and introduce advanced production technologies and equipment to improve production capacity and flexibility.
Cross-departmental collaboration:

Work closely with R&D, supply chain, and quality management departments to optimize product life cycle and supply chain efficiency.
Participate in short-term and long-term production capacity planning to ensure the achievement of company goals.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering or related majors.
More than 7 years of manufacturing management experience, familiar with electronics, semiconductors or high-tech product manufacturing environment is preferred.
In-depth understanding of lean production, six sigma and other manufacturing process optimization methods.
Strong leadership and teamwork spirit, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using manufacturing management related software and tools, and able to perform data analysis and reporting.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in a stressful environment.
