Core Responsibilities: Design and implement the company's overall logistics strategy, ensuring efficient supply chain operations from raw materials to customer delivery. Lead the warehousing, transportation, intralogistics, and logistics engineering teams to drive process optimization and automation upgrades. Establish and manage partnerships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and transportation carriers, and sign and execute service contracts. Implement key logistics performance indicators (KPIs), such as over-the-counter (OTIF), transportation costs, and inventory turnover, to improve service levels and cost efficiency. Coordinate internal production logistics (Milk Run, pull systems, AGVs, etc.), ensuring a stable material supply and minimum inventory across production lines. Responsible for cross-border logistics and import and export compliance management, ensuring compliance with US customs and trade regulations (e.g., USMCA, ITAR, EAR). Lead logistics risk management, including shipping delays, inventory overstock, and emergency response plans. Promote green logistics and sustainability initiatives (e.g., carbon emission optimization, backhaul utilization). Lead team development, including recruitment, performance management, training, and succession planning. Support ERP/WMS/TMS system development and process digital transformation to enhance logistics visibility and decision-making efficiency. Qualifications: Basic Requirements: Logistics Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related majors. At least 10 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, including at least At least 5 years of senior management experience in a large manufacturing company. Experience in manufacturing field logistics, automated warehousing, transportation scheduling, and third-party logistics management. Proficiency in the logistics modules of SAP, Oracle, or other mainstream ERP systems, as well as TMS/WMS systems. Excellent cross-departmental collaboration, negotiation, and team management skills. Results-oriented, with a strong customer focus and cost control awareness. Adaptable to a fast-paced, constantly changing operational environment, with the ability to address crises and complex issues. Preferred Requirements: Experience in the automotive, battery, or high-tech manufacturing industries. Experience in US-Mexico cross-border transportation, international freight forwarding, customs and trade compliance management. Professional supply chain certifications such as APICS/CLTD/SCPro.
