📝 Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our international logistics team based in Secaucus, NJ. This role involves managing the full cycle of freight operations—including ocean and air shipments—while maintaining strong communication with customers, vendors, and overseas partners. If you are a problem-solver with a passion for coordination and customer service, this is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global logistics.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end air and ocean freight operations, billing, and customer service tasks
Communicate and follow up with customers on booking requests through to delivery
Coordinate inbound shipments with overseas partners and internal stakeholders
Liaise between customers, truckers, customs brokers, warehouses, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Input and maintain shipment data in internal operating systems
Build and maintain strong working relationships with transportation partners, warehouses, ports, and service vendors

🎓 Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in basic office tools and logistics systems (training provided)
Previous logistics or freight forwarding experience is a plus, but not required
Team player with a proactive and service-oriented attitude

💼 Working Conditions
🕒 Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

💲 Hourly Wage: $18/hour
