    We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support air cargo operations at Seatac, WA location. This role involves handling inbound/outbound cargo documentation, customer-facing service, and communication with Seattle Airport. The ideal candidate should be organized, communicative, and comfortable with logistics paperwork and simple system updates.

    ๐Ÿ”ง Key Responsibilities
    Handle customer service at the cargo counter for inbound/outbound shipments
    Deliver shipping documents to Seattle Airport (5-minute drive using company vehicle)
    File shipping documents and forward import paperwork to customers
    Respond to customer inquiries via phone and simple email replies (arrival notice, pickup time, storage fees, etc.)
    Manage airline cargo container data and update relevant systems
    Assist in various administrative tasks related to air logistics

    ๐ŸŽ“ Qualifications
    Strong communication and basic customer service skills
    Basic proficiency in email and document handling
    Ability to multitask and maintain organized documentation
    Valid driverโ€™s license (for local document delivery)
    Previous experience in logistics or freight forwarding is a plus, but not required

    ๐Ÿ’ผ Working Conditions
    ๐Ÿ•’ Working Hours: 40 hours/week
    1st Shift: 6:00 AM โ€“ 2:30 PM
    2nd Shift: 12:00 PM โ€“ 8:30 PM (includes 30-minute lunch break)

    ๐Ÿ’ฒ Hourly Wage: $19.71

    ๐ŸŽ Compensation & Benefits
    Vacation: 5 days in the first year
    Sick Leave: 6 days/year
    Holiday Pay: After 3 months of employment
    Health Insurance: Company plan enrollment available after 3 months
