Scope of the role
Learn how to manage the Joynus SEARCH recruiting process. Implement search strategies to identify and attract professionals to unique opportunities. Proactively research new companies (clients) and convert them into customers.

– Develop candidate pipelines for existing projects
– Develop candidate pipelines for future projects
– Manage, control, and influence the client hiring process from start to finish. Introduce candidates to clients and prospects
– Work with the search committee or hiring leader to select the best candidates to interview
– Manage client and candidate expectations
– Negotiate offers
– On-boarding
– Develop new relationships within client organizations
– Develop new relationships within prospect organizations
– Engage with the community at large in a meaningful way, for example: o Donate time to a non-profit o Volunteer o Attend net- working events when appropriate

Qualifications
– 2-5+ years of professional work experience
– Excellent business acumen
– A passion for working with people and a great work ethic
– Professionalism, integrity, and a drive to learn and succeed
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Goal oriented, results centered
