JOB DUTIES:

Scheduling IN-HOME services effectively and efficiently by each customer’s banscript
Hanlding warranty claims and communicating with customers on a daily basis

JOB REQUIREMENTS;

Fluent spoken and written English Required
Multi- tasking skills are essential
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – a must.
Spoken and written Korean a plus
Knowledge of processing warranty service would be a plus
Directly related experience in Customer Service Representative and/or Scheduler position desired
