    Summary

    The Senior Manager – SAP will be mainly responsible for designing, building and deploying SAP-based ERP solutions; leading analysis and design in the SAP FI/CO area, in close cooperation with the finance team; Conducting structured testing internally and with users; Ensuring stabilization of the solution and continuous improvements

    Responsibilities

    Analysis, design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals
    Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions
    Provide help support in any SAP ERP issues related with FICO
    Design, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO modules
    Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions
    Streamline existing business processes – Work with users to identify areas of improvement, create functional and technical requirements for changes and provide relevant training
    Providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP FI/CO module to end users
    Prepare functional spec to assist the technical consultant to develop/make changes in ABAP programs
    Enhancement of the SAP for end user based on requirement
    Validate any changes in customize
    Deep understanding of business processes as well as good knowledge of technical issues in the area of financial modules
    Gather information on business requirements and prepare
    Support business users in the development, implementation, and support of SAP FICO module
    Provide end-user training
    Other Duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Skills

    Knowledge on SAP FI: FI-AR (Account Receivable), FI-AP (Account Payables), GL and New GL(General Ledger), FI-AA (Asset Account); Month/year end closing activities Required
    Strong understanding of financial and controlling reports Required
    Knowledge on CO module and integration with other modules Required
    Experience in S/4HANA Required
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred
    Knowledge on ABAP programming (debugging) Preferred

    Education & Experience

    Bachelors Degree Required
    Master’s Degree Requred
    8-10 Years of Direct Experience in Information Technology Required
    10-15 Years of Direct Experience in Information Technology Preferred
