This role is responsible for SAP/ERP/WMS data management, truck scheduling, documentation verification, inventory support, and customer service. The ideal candidate will work closely with warehouse managers and internal teams to ensure data accuracy, operational efficiency, and smooth day-to-day workflow. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential. Key Responsibilities 1. SAP/ERP/WMS Data Management Enter, update, and maintain inventory, shipment, and operational data Ensure data accuracy and perform adjustments as needed Generate reports to support warehouse operations 2. Truck Scheduling & Coordination Check drivers in/out and maintain accurate records Direct drivers to loading/unloading docks and track activity 3. Documentation Verification Verify accuracy and completeness of shipping documents Maintain organized records (BOLs, packing slips, etc.) 4. Inventory & Invoicing Support Assist with monthly inventory counts and reconciliation Support invoice preparation based on shipment and inventory data 5. Yard & Trailer Management Maintain dock/door assignments and yard reports Coordinate trailer movements and reconcile inbound shipments 6. Customer Service Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding shipments and inventory 7. Administrative Support Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and documentation Support warehouse operations as needed 8.
