Job Description
• Sales engineering and Field Application Engineering
• Close cooperation with sales team to generate sales leads
• Product demo, presentation, and training with customers and partners
• Attend trade show to promote product to attendees
• Conduct webinar to educate partners and resellers
• Understanding customer system environment and system proposal
• Customer requirement analysis and leading software optimization with customers
• Support customer in installation and evaluation including Proof of Concept, Pilot, and rollout
• System operation analysis such as log and database
• Troubleshooting, tracking of field problems and reporting finding to related team
• Project management for customer in service request, incident processing
• Maintain product-related documentation

Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, EE, or equivalent work experiences in related field
• 3+ years in the related professional experience preferred
• Prior work experiences in B2B with the retail industry is plus

Skills and Abilities
• Knowledge, understanding and understanding and experiences
– Networking environment including switching, routing, wireless LAN, TCP/IP protocol, ethernet, DNS/DHCP, Firewall, VPN, etc.
– POS system and data management
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Highly customer oriented
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel
• Eligible to work
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
