Key Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively. • Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management. • Utilize sales tools and ERP system to manage customers, track progress, and generate reports. • Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and production, to align sales efforts with overall business goals. Qualifications: • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent • Experience: 1 – 2 years’ experience in customer service and sales, preferably within the chemical or battery industry. • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel spreadsheets), and ERP software preferred. • Bilingual in English/Korean or Chinese/Korean preferred, but not required.
