    Wooshin North America provides body shop tooling and engineering services to automotive manufacturers in the North America.
    Wooshin systems in Korea is headquarters and one of leading tooling supplier of automotive body shop in the world.
    Wooshin North America is now seeking a robot programmer to become a member of WNA as belows. This position is responsible for programming, troubleshooting, debugging and preparation of robots to customer specifications.

    Primary responsibilities
     Prepare robots to customer specifications
     Improve cycle time and throughput by adjusting robot path or functions
     Create and modify TCP, RTCP and User Frames
     Re-calibrate and restore robots
     Create programs and program complex paths
     Assist PLC with auto debug
     Setup interference zones
     Establish communications to PLC and robot devices
     Assist in the integration, start-up and debugging of plant floor equipment
     Provide support in the analysis and resolution of welding failures
     Installation and configuration of appropriate hardware and software options
     Ability to perform electrical diagnosis, recommend repair or repair as needed
     Provide on-going customer service
     Provide support to assembly operators and plant skill trades about robot functionality
     Properly document changes and updates
     Travel will be required (Typically 2 weeks at a time with a weekend home for, may vary by distance or customer requirements. Install lengths range from 3 months to a year depending on the size of the job) to customer facilities to set up or modify automation processes impacted by robot issues and resolve such issues

    Minimum Qualification
     2 year’s work related experience
     High School Diploma or GED equivalent
     Technical Certification in robot programming preferred (e.g. Kawasaki cubic-s, Fanuc DCS)
     Knowledge of MIG or spot welding
     Ability to read schematics and other drawings
     Self-motivated and hands on
     Ability to follow written/verbal instructions and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
     Knowledge of at least one of the following robot systems (Fanuc, Kawasaki, ABB)
     Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
     Strong written and oral communication skills
     Excellent organization skills with strong teamwork and leadership skills
     Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Autocad

    Physical Demands: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to move into and around tooling and climb ladders. Must be able to lift at least 25lbs to load parts into tools as needed

    Travel: This position often requires out of town and overnight travel.
