Position:

The Graphic Designer position is responsible for supporting the design departments in the U.S. and Korea with the design and sourcing of apparel, accessory and sporting good products for our portfolio of licensed sports, fashion and lifestyle brands.

Design – key functions:

• Communicate the brand meaning and story for each product through creative and innovative designs that drives and grow sales.

• Keep abreast of market trends and quickly implements them to new designs.

• Develop graphic and pattern designs that continually refresh the product each season.

Candidate Education / Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design preferred but not necessary

• Strong communication skills; able to communicate effectively with internal team members and departments as well with external manufacturers.

• At least 2 year experience with apparel and accessories; preferably with sports, fashion and/or lifestyle brands.

Competencies:

• Ability to work well under pressure and handle deadlines.

• Ability to handle multiple projects for multiple stakeholders.

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and the understanding of graphic design elements.

• Excellent analytical skills – must be able to rapidly understand technical information and effectively glean salient points.

• Proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, required.

• Understand the brand meanings of our licensed brands and how to expertly communicate those meanings on products to maximize consumer interest.

• Korean language speaker preferred.
