CORE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
[Primary R&Rs]
50% Load Planning & RA Management
o Contacting customers and scheduling pick-ups
o Creating return load and BOL in TMS
o Monitoring pick-ups
o Monitoring aging RA’s
o Support LG with returns related requests
20% Customer & Carrier Support
o Provide updates on status of returns
o Resolve issues pertaining to load
o Provide data on past returns
o Authorize drop offs and accessorial charges
o Support order management[Secondary R&Rs]
20% AR Support
o Provide research pertaining to unresolved returns
o Request PODs from transportation
o Initiate communication with carriers
o Use GERP and TMS for support
10% General Inquiries
o Ad-hoc tasks
o Pulling data
o Team support
REQUIREMENTS
• Education: Bachelor Degree
• 1-3 years in logistics (Return/reverse logistics) is a plus
• Demonstrated strong proficiency in and use of Computer skills – Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and Power Point.
