Retirement 플랜을 직장에서 선택하라고 하는데 이전 일리노이주 직장에서 401을 하고 있었는데, 이번 노스캐롤라이나에서 State에서 하는 Pension 플랜과 Optional Retirement Plan중 선택하라고 하는데요, 어떤 것을 선택하는 것이 좋을까요? 저번 직장에서는 Fidelity를 통해 401k를 하여 약 150,000 이 있습니다.
