Now Editing “Request for evidence (form I-485)” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) 제가 영주권이고 18세인 미혼 딸 영주권 신청해 놓은 상태인데 어제 Request for Evidence (form I-485)가 편지로 날아왔어요 ㅠ 제가 서류 섭수할 때 제정적으로스폰해 주시는 분의 I-864만 넣고 제가 petitioning sponsor인데 저의 I-864는 접수해야 한다는 사실을 몰라서 접수를 안했었는데... Affidavit of Support (I-864) from the petitioning sponsor 7월 25일까지 접수 하라고 해서 작성중인데 질문이 있습니다. 이 서류와 함께 Submit a complete copy of the petitioning sponsor's Federal income tax return, including all supporting tax document (W-2s, 1099s. Form2555, and tax schedules) filed with the return, for the most recent tax year 하라고 적혀 있는데요... 제가 작년에 식당에서 한달 서버로 일하고 그 뒤론 학교에서 파트 타이머로 가르쳤었습니다. 그 외 다른 인컴은 없는데 W-2s와 tax schedules는 있는데 1099s(부동산매매 관련인 거 같고)와 Form 2555(foreign earned income)는 없는데 따로 어디서 받아서 내야 하는 건가요? 작년 기준 부동산 매매도 없고 미국 외 다른 나라에서 번 돈도 없는데... 마지막 두 서류는 저랑 해당사항이 없는 거 같은데 그럼 저 두 서류는 빼고 보내는 게 맞는지요? 아시는 분 좀 도와주시면 감사하겠습니다.
