As a Regional Sales Representative at EBIN NEW YORK, you will be responsible for driving sales in a specified region to achieve and exceed sales targets. Your role is crucial in driving revenue growth and expanding our OTC (Beauty Supply Store) market presence.

Duties & Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region.
-Set clear sales goals and targets for the sales team.
-Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
-Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
-Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports to senior management.
-Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure the team’s success.
-Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes.
-Continuously identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.Skills and Capabilities:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
-Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Education and Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field, OR comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
-At least 3 years of sales experience required.
-Bilingual in Korean (fluent)
