Qualifications
• Enjoys listening to people and helping them.
• A positive attitude and are open to learning new skills
• Minimum commitment of a regularly scheduled 15 hours weekly calling potential
• Meet or exceed sales goals consistently
• High Speed Internet Connection
• Quiet environment to make and receive professional calls to clients
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to function well in fast-paced environments
• Fluency in a foreign language is an asset (ex. Mandarin, Korean, Spanish)
• Knowledge/experience in Taiwanese health or nutritional supplement market is an asset
• Experience in conducting presentations for marketing, sales, or educational purposes is an asset

Responsibilities:
• Communicate with existing and new clients to understand their needs, and to alert them of new products and sales.
• Establish mutual trust between company and clients through empathy and encouragement.
• Engage with customers to set appointments in order to provide quick response times to their need
• Report daily sales activities and progress.

Compensation:
• Contracted Position
• Highly competitive with a commission scale up to 30% of sale revenue.
• Base starting weekly retainer fee amounting to $20,000 a year.
