    Position Overview:
    As a Research Interventionist, you will leverage your cultural knowledge and language skills to facilitate effective communication with participants. Your contributions will be vital to the success of our studies.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Weekly Interventions: Conduct weekly interventions with participants via chat in Simplified Korean or English.
    Procedural Tasks: Maintain a research diary, manage communications for participant payments and Fitbit distribution, and coordinate with the Principal Investigator (PI), Coordinator, and peer interventionists.
    Recruitment Activities: Engage in recruitment activities to support the study.

    Eligibility Criteria:
    Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the U.S.
    Language Proficiency: Fluency in Korean and English (spoken and written).
    Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Zoom, MS Office, Microsoft Teams, etc.
    Flexibility: Ability to work according to participants’ schedules in different time zones. Flexibility and adaptability are essential.
