Job Title: Supply Chain Director
Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Director is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of the overall supply chain, ensuring efficient operation of the entire process from supplier to customer. Improve the company’s operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by optimizing the supply chain process, establishing a supply chain system and team management.Main Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Formulate and implement supply chain strategies to support the realization of the company’s overall goals.
Process Optimization: Analyze existing supply chain processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvement measures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Supplier Management: Evaluate, select and manage suppliers, establish and maintain long-term partnerships, and ensure the service quality and delivery capabilities of suppliers.
Inventory Management: Develop inventory management strategies to ensure reasonable inventory levels and reduce inventory costs and excess risks.
Team Management: Build and lead an efficient supply chain team, provide training and development opportunities, and enhance the team’s professionalism.
Cross-departmental Collaboration: Work closely with product development, production, sales and marketing departments to ensure that the supply chain is consistent with the company’s overall strategy.
Risk Management: Identify and evaluate potential risks in the supply chain and develop response strategies to reduce the impact on the business.
Data Analysis: Use data analysis tools to provide regular reports, evaluate supply chain performance, and make suggestions for improvement.
Compliance and Sustainability: Ensure that supply chain operations comply with industry standards and regulations and promote sustainable development practices.
Qualifications:Bachelor degree or above, supply chain management, logistics management, business administration and other related majors.
More than 5 years of supply chain management experience, at least 3 years of team management experience.
Familiar with all aspects of supply chain management, including procurement, production, logistics, sales and inventory management.
Have good data analysis skills and be proficient in using relevant analysis software (such as Excel, ERP system, etc.).
Excellent communication, coordination and leadership skills, and be able to effectively manage cross-departmental teams.
Have strategic thinking and be able to cope with a rapidly changing market environment.
Candidates with good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are preferred.How to apply:
