여기 저기 뒤져 보다가 답을 찾았습니다.

One more point the 551 stamp is valid till your passport is valid,

so if you have passport expiring soon (3 months from now) better

get it renewed, in my case my passport is valid till Sep so the

stamp is valid till Sep. If your passsport does not expire in a

year the stamp is valid for one year.

보통 California service center에서는 plastic card가 6개월만에

배달 된다니 귀찮아도 여권을 새로 만든 다음에 stamping을 받으러

가야 겠네요.
