법안과 관련된 내용요약이 있네요..또한번의 물거품(?)이 될지 모르지만,,그래도 그동안 미사용된 비자넘버를 사용하여 취업이민 적체를 풀자는 내용이 있긴하네요.희망을 가져도 되는건가요???

Backlog Reduction and Numerical Limit Reforms:

Reduction of existing backlogs: Permits the “recapture” of unused employment-based visas and family-sponsored visas from fiscal years 1992-2008 and allows future unused visa numbers to roll over to next fiscal year. Immediate relatives are exempted from the annual cap on the number of immigrant visas. This section increases the percentage limit of visas which may be issued yearly to a single country.

언제쯤 실행이 될까요? 답답하네요

이법안 통과목표를 내년 부활절 전으로 잡은것 같습니다. 물론 중간에 논의과정에서 흐지부지(늘그랬듯이)되거나,,혹 되더라도 어느정도 수정이 불가피하겠지만,,
이법안이 아니고는 적체를 풀 방법이 없을 듯 합니다.

통과후엔 얼마나 지나야 실행이 될까요?

시어머니도 모릅니다.^-^ 법안에 언제부터 시행된다고 당연히 명시되겠죠?
통과즉시 시행될 수도,,아님,,언제부터 시행한다고 명시되겠죠. 이법안(하원) 뿐만아니라,상원법안도 지켜봐야겠죠..또 그절충안에..오바마 대통령 책상위에 올라가기까지는 험난할 것 같네요..
