It is down town and it may not as safe as residential area like Bellevue.
Seattle is much better than the other sities in US, but Seattle down town has GUN sound one per week.
But, GUN sound is not a news item in the other cities because too many.
Seattle has pertty good public transportation system, but no Subway.
