저도 동네 은행가서 공증을 받았는데, 제가 거기에 account가 있는지는 Check하지 않더군요. 다른 은행에도 한 번 가보세요.
그리고 공증은 Form을 미리 작성해가서 그 앞에서 본인(번역한 사람, 본인이라고 상관없음)이 이름쓰고 sign하면 notary가 확인 도장 찍어줍니다.
Sameple Form은 인터넷 검색하면 나오는데 제가 하나 올려 보았습니다.
