    Position Summary:
    The position, reporting to Sr. Manager of Carrier RB Operations, is in charge of managing overall inbound shipment from carriers (ie. AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile DC)and reporting any discrepancies to the warehouse lead. This person will work directly with Account managers within RB operations and PIC from each carrier reverse logistics.

    Essential Duties And Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned. In this position, either directly or through others, the incumbent will:

    • Monitor unloading of inbound shipment of RB deliveries in a safe and timely manner and stages the product in a designated area
    • Advise account managers of any apparent damage to inbound product
    • Accurately counts and stocks inventory in assigned bin locations
    • Report any discrepancies to account manager
    • Manage the returns to carriers which is not received in due to discrepancies
    • customer demand , and make it available to everybody involved in the forecasting process
    • Analyze discrepancy trends and report to account managers and identify the key drivers of discrepancies and improve the overall process

    Background/Experience to qualify for this position, the following minimal background and skill levels are required:

    • Requires a High School diploma
    • 3-5 years of job related experience as preference and prior experience in telecommunications a plus.
    • Experience with MS Office including but not limited to, Excel, Word, and Access.
    • Experience conducting internal and third party audits required.

    Necessary Skills/Attributes for this position the following skills and abilities must be demonstrated at a proficient level:

    • The ability to development and maintain excellent working relationships with multiples levels within the company and with external contacts including customers, authorized service agents, sales team members, etc.
    • Demonstrated English language competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external communications.
    • Knowledge of Korean (speaking, reading, translating to English) considered a strong advantage.
    • Work under very little supervision and guidance to identify and ensure achievement of production team goals and to complete individual work assignments within established time frames.
    • Job duties require analysis and judgment of functional practices and daily experiences be used to determine appropriate courses of action.

    Physical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions: The position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment:

    • Work generally performed in a lab, warehouse, or user environment.
    • Lift, move, or adjust general test equipment, boxes, supplies, materials or products weighing up to 50 pounds using proper materials handling equipment and procedures.
    • May require working additional hours beyond normal schedule.
    • Travel varies depending on position. Consistently demonstrates a commitment to policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities.
