📝 Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Freight Forwarding Coordinator to join the logistics team in Rancho Dominguez, CA. This position is responsible for handling freight operations, client coordination, and communication with international and domestic agents. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment, multitask efficiently, and ensure high-quality customer service.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Manage daily and weekly shipment processes—from receiving pre-alerts to ensuring on-time delivery.
Handle communication and collaboration with overseas and domestic agents.
Maintain and enhance customer relationships through timely and professional interaction.
Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring operational accuracy and responsiveness.
Implement and follow operational policies and procedures.
Perform a variety of logistics-related administrative tasks as needed (“wear multiple hats”).

🎓 Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
Prior experience in freight forwarding or logistics is a plus

💲 Hourly Wage: $18/hour
