I am an E-2 principal and have found a company that is willing to sponser a H-1 for me. In this case, can I do stamping on my H-1? Some people say that I can’t do that since I entered the US as a B1 and changed my status to E-2. Does it really matter with getting H-1 or getting Stamp? I would very much appreciate any feedbacks.
