SNJ America Corporation is looking for a Quality Engineer. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of automotive systems, automotive manufacturing processes, and quality systems background, and business acumen to work with automotive customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: See below, but not limited to:

• Maintain a list of active/open customer issues prepare reports, maintain records, and organize files regarding products and customer’s activities.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and provide technical solutions that meet customers’ requirements.
• Support with system development, validation, and document approval.
• Support co-workers’ activities as required.
• Manage, maintain, and improve systems to guarantee quality assurance processes.
• Solving quality issues.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent Engineering degree from an accredited university
• Experience in quality development engineering or an automotive-related field
• Bilingual is required (English and Korean)
• Excellent customer relations skills
• Ability to work well under time deadlines and pressure

Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am ~ 5:00 pm
