Now Editing “Quality Control Specialist” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) Company * Location Expires at <strong>Job Summary:</strong> Ensures that the products manufactured and assembled in the organization fit the purpose and meet the customer expectations and legal compliance; Develops and coordinates special activities and programs necessary to meet and maintain quality standards and reliability of manufactured products. <strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong> •Develop and implement training plans. •Develop quality inspection standards. •Train/Monitor team member inspection practices. •Review and track RMR through the system •Make disposition of quality related issues. •Implement the quality improvement activities for defects of assembly line inspection. •Work with customers to resolve part defects including site visits as needed •Write purchase orders for QC department needs •Review reports for content and accuracy. •Monitor and follow up with Production Assembly and Injection Molding regarding the resolution of Quality issues •Data Entry and Report Generation for daily reports and others as needed •Generate work orders for maintenance of QC related projects. •Interview prospective employees •Give guidance and assistance to team leaders as needed. •Other duties as assigned. <strong>Qualifications/Requirements:</strong> •Ability to rapidly assess a situation, develop a plan of action and successfully implement that plan. •Self-motivated. •Good communication skills. •Good problem-solving skills. •Good administrative skills. •Ability to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlines. •Ability to plan and set up the defects of resulted line inspection. •Ability to understand drawings and BOM, PEL for specification and inspection standard. •Ability to investigate and analyze defects of assembly inspection line. <strong> Education/Training:</strong> •Minimum 3 years experience managing quality personnel at the team leader level or higher preferred. •BS/BA degree in industrial technology/engineering, management or business preferred. •More than 1 year in the Quality Control field preferred. •Experience of assembly line improvement activity. <strong>Software skills required:</strong> •MS Word •PowerPoint •MS Excel All interested candidates should apply at https://easyapply.co/a/57d6a86a-d8a9-471d-bef8-409eea19e16b I agree to the terms of service Update List
