The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the testing process of all products before they are released to customers and ensuring that our products meet or exceed our quality standards. Full Job Description The Warehouse Quality Coordinator is responsible for supporting warehouse operations by ensuring that all incoming, stored, and outgoing products meet company quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines. This role monitors product handling, investigates quality issues, maintains records, and works closely with warehouse, logistics, and quality teams to improve process accuracy and compliance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to ensure quality standards are met • Monitor storage conditions, product labeling, packaging, and handling practices • Identify, document, and report quality defects, damages, shortages, or discrepancies • Coordinate with warehouse staff, suppliers, and quality teams to resolve quality issues • Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for recurring problems • Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and audit documentation • Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and safety standards • Assist in warehouse audits, process checks, and continuous improvement activities • Track non-conforming products and support quarantine or disposition processes • Provide guidance to warehouse staff on quality procedures and standards Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred • 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or quality control • Knowledge of warehouse operations and quality assurance practices • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Good communication and coordination abilities • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and inventory systems • Korean/English Bilingual REQUIRED If you are a dynamic individual who is passionate about Quality control and enjoys leading a team, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
