The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of automotive systems, automotive manufacturing processes, and quality systems background, and business acumen to work with automotive customers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: See below, but not limited to: • Maintain a list of active/open customer issues prepare reports, maintain records, and organize files regarding products and customer's activities. • Maintain customer satisfaction and provide technical solutions that meet customers' requirements. • Support with system development, validation, and document approval. • Support co-workers' activities as required. • Manage, maintain, and improve systems to guarantee quality assurance processes. • Solving quality issues. • Performs other related duties as assigned.
