Job Description: Purchasing Coordinator

Tasks & Responsibilities
– Analyze customer’s production forecast
– Plan purchase and supply schedule
– Place purchase order to suppliers
– Meet the procurement schedule & solve problems for procurement
– Contact with global supplier (Korea, China, Vietnam etc.)
– Stock shortage risk control
– Communicate with custom brokers and freight forwarders to ensure on time delivery
– Provide proper shipping documents for customs clearance
– Solve supplied item quality problem
– Analyze & Report for purchase / sales performance
– Contact with costumers constantly
– Provide shipment information and logistic schedule
– Purchase parts with the lowest cost though negotiation

Skills & Knowledge
* Understand of Logistic process (Sea, Truck, Air)
* Advanced knowledge of M/S Office (Power-point, Excel, Word) needed
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work under fast paced environment and pressure
* Associate Degree or above in Business or international trading, or relative experience for over 1 ~2 years
* International trading field experience preferred
* Strong interpersonal skills required
* Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines is important
* Bilingual Korean is plus
