About the Job : Site Location: 111 Sylvan Ave Englewood Cliffs, NJ As a Project Management professional, you will be instrumental in the successful planning, execution, and oversight of various projects in the U.S. market. Depending on your experience and qualifications, this role may be hired as either a Project Team Lead or a Project Team Member. Experience & Qualifications : - Fluency in both Korean and English (written and spoken): Ability to communicate seamlessly in a business environment. - Bachelor's degree or higher (Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred). - Experience in Project Management or a similar field: Possessing broad and general experience across various industries or functional areas, with a strong desire to develop project management capabilities. - Strong sense of responsibility and a proactive approach to work. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills: Ability to effectively communicate and work with diverse stakeholders. - Meticulousness and analytical thinking in cost and schedule management. - Proficiency in PC applications (MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.). - Legally authorized to work in the U.S. - Ability to travel domestically and internationally without restrictions. Preferred Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in Project Management or related fields - Experience in personnel management or team leadership. - PMP (Project Management Professional) or relevant project management certification. - High adaptability to new environments and a challenging spirit.
