– Insides Sales Manager (Power & Distribution Transformer)
– Sales / Application Engineer (Electric Motor, Generator and Drive)1. Inside Sales Manager Responsibility
– Develop and execute the commercial strategy for power transformer, distribution transformer, shunt reactor, and other product offerings within the assigned region.
– Work closely with the Sales leadership team to communicate sales strategies to the respective sales representatives.
– Support sales representatives to develop new customers
– Prepare quotations based on the requirements defined by the customer’s request for proposal
– Support preparation of the pre-qualification documents to be submitted to the customer
– Ability to travel within the Americas to visit with new and existing customers (10% travel)
– Respond to sales inquiries and concerns
– Prepare and maintain weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly sales report2. Project Manager Responsibility
– Communicate and coordinate project progress within the organization and customer.
– Plan/Oversee/Manage project schedule within the organization and with contractors (Transportation company, Installation company, Site material supply companies)
– Receive quotations and nominate vendors for each scope of work (Transportation, Installation, etc.)
– Answer customer questions and send additional information per email.
– Support the factory during customer visits
– Traveling is required within the US (Frequency about 2~ 3 days per month)
– Analyzing and keeping documentation of Customer’s requirement
– Creating and maintaining a database of customers and projects3. Sales/Application Engineer Responsibility
– Responsible for the review customer’s specs and making commercial and technical quotations with technical documents
– Work with the customers and Engineers to ensure the equipment meets the system requirements
– Communicate with the sales team to understand consumer demands and offer sales support where necessary
– Secure orders, guarantee product standards, and assure product delivery
– Establish customer rapport and acceptance
– Plan for modifications to products to meet consumer demands
– Help clients to solve problems with product usage
– Recommend new and improved products to the customers and explain how the equipment will be more cost-effective
– Provide information to management to avoid any potential risk of the contract
– Coordinate with local forwarder to make sure the products arrive within delivery (Review shipment status daily and weekly, making necessary adjustments)
– Arrange trucking shipment with local forwarder
– Make a weekly base conference call with Design Department and receive technical support for the projects with critical technical requirements.
– Analyze a customer requirement and find the suitable and economic design of motors and generators for the customers
– Advises team members or management on the delay of delivery or quotation4. Preferred Skills
– Ability to utilize MS office, strong Excel skills preferred5. Qualification
– English proficiency is required
Although preferred, bilingual in Korean is not a requirement6. Location
– Norcross, GA
– Must be able to relocate to Norcross, GA
– Relocation cost to be reimbursed (max $3000)
