안녕하세요 금번 미국내 켄터키 주의 공장건설을 준비하고 실행하실 PM분들을 모십니다.

플랜트 건설 / 건축 프로젝트 PM 업무 
·        발주사 및 시공사 대상 프로젝트 매니지먼트 제반 업무 
·        건설일정 계획 수립/관리/조율 및 기성관리 업무 
·        현지시공사와의 인력, 자재, 장비 자원 배분계획 수립 및 검토, 투입관리 
·        협업을 위한 회의 및 업무수행 조율 및 관리

·       Responsibility for the implementation and management of technological construction projects within the set time and bud 
         get, while maintaining quality and safety standards
·       Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations. 
·       Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
·       Direct and supervise the development of project plans and ensure plans are followed.
·       Project planning, project organization and project implementation control
·       Communicate project information (eg design and equipment changes) to engineering operations and contractors as needed 
         to minimize cost and delay throughout the execution phases of each project
·       Act as the main point of customer contact for the project delivery and issues mitigation.

<strong>Job Requirements</strong>

·       계약직(2년~3년)이나 상황에 따라 연장 가능
·       영어 TOEIC 기준 850 이상, 회화능력 중상 이상
·       MS Project등으로 스케줄 작성 가능
·       Power Point, MS Word 등의 보고서 작성에 유능
·       Project Payment 컨트롤
·       나이는 40대 초반에서 50대초반  (산업플랜트/바이오/물류창고 등 건설 프로젝트 경험 약 15년 정도)
        유럽 및 미주 등 Global 프로젝트 경험 우대
·       해외 유명 PMC 및 CM 경험 우대(Bechtel, Rolland Burger 등)
·       기계, 배관직 선호(건축직도 가능)

·       15+ years of experience as a Project Manager (preferred technology / process projects)
·       B.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent work experience- Mechanical and Machine Installation, Process Chemistry
·       Project Management Professional (PMP) designation highly preferred but not mandatory
·       Proficiency with Microsoft Project(MS Office) or alternate Project Management Software
·       Planning skills (scheduling, budgeting) and Report skills
·       Financial acumen (costing/ budgeting/ forecasting etc).
·       Excellent communication and presentation skills; and ability to communicate with contractors, clients and authorities.
·       Fluent communication skills in English
