Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead our field service operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful execution of multiple projects from a remote management standpoint. You will be responsible for overseeing the deployment of our field service engineers and electricians, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and acting as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

– Project Coordination: Manage multiple field service projects simultaneously, from initial assignment through to final completion.
– Team Management: Coordinate and dispatch field service engineers and electricians to various job sites based on project needs and timelines.
– Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients (purchasers), subcontractors, and internal departments, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
– Scheduling and Logistics: Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
– Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns.
– Cost Management: Monitor project budgets and manage costs to ensure profitability.
– Issue Resolution: Act as an escalation point for any on-site issues, providing technical or logistical guidance to the field teams.

Requirements

– Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering.
– A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on field services, switchgear installation or technical projects in the electrical industry.
– A general understanding of electrical equipment, including switchgear (Air/Vacuum Circuit Breakers), transformers, and electrical panels.
– Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with external contractors.
– Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
– Proficiency in project management software and MS-Office.
– Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and diagrams (e.g., schematics, singleline diagrams).
– Proficiency in Spanish or Korean is a plus.
