    About the Job :
    As LG CNS expands its global reach, we are seeking a Project Management Office (PMO) Manager or Specialist to establish and maintain robust project management standards, processes, and best practices. This role will ensure that projects are executed efficiently, optimizing resource utilization and aligning with our strategic objectives within the smart factory IT market. The successful candidate will enforce project management discipline across the organization, reviewing and approving project plans, monitoring progress, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks.

    Main Responsibilities :
    – Set and maintain project processes are followed effectively
    – Manage project documentations
    – Monitor projects and ensure projects are within business goals
    – Track progress of each project
    – Review and approve project plans
    – Review projects from creation and development to implementation
    – Review financial reports and analyze project trends
    – Evaluate project resources and allocate if necessary
    – Set a process for potential risks, issues and opportunities for major projects
    – Creating reports to executives or management
    Experience & Qualifications :
    – Bachelor’s degree in business or industry-related field
    – Minimum 5 years of experience in the industry or acting as a consultant on major projects
    – Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    – Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
    – Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture
    – Thorough understanding of business administration, management, and business forecasting strategies and techniques
    – Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    – Flexible and adaptable to changes
