He/she will be responsible, among other things, for managing project activities, maintaining and updating the project schedule, managing assignments, monitoring progress and communicating to the project team. <strong>Responsibilities</strong> - Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner. - Maximize project efficiency and profitability. - Assist the Project Leader/Team to establish project objectives, procedures, data collection methods, and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policy. - Provide Technical/Engineering support for outside and inside customers: Tech Support, Sales, and Factory Engineers etc. - Review Customer’s project Drawing and Specification and provide CDE – Compliance sheet. - Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field. - Interacting with Company’s HQ project teams/Factory Engineers and provide technical guide based on the client’s requirement and find out optimal solution. - Suggest optimal solution and Value engineering/voluntary alternatives to increase award probability. - Outsource local product solution and get quotation to fill the gap and to meet customer’s requirement, as needed. - Estimating the project, provide layouts and quotation for the customers. - Participate Technical Evaluation Meeting as company’s Engineering representative. - Revise drawings and update bill of material - Manage compliance, quality control, and quality assurance standards and specifications throughout pre-bid, Post Bid and Execution stage. - Track performance and analyze the completion of key goals. - Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects. - Maintain budgetary, scheduling, and project database oversight, and report regularly to project lead to keep him/her constantly informed of job progress, plans and problems that could significantly affect costs or schedules. - Document and report project progress to stakeholders and clients. - Manage field technical/Engineering work. - Manage technical/engineering/Quality issues throughout the project. - Manage outsource supplier/Service provider. - Coordinate short circuit and arc flash studies, review relay settings and support field techs as needed. - Visit Engineering firms and present company product to specify company’s equipment in their project and provide layouts and budget pricing. <strong>Requirements</strong> - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or related field required - 0-5 years of related experience - Knowledge or project management, flowcharts, technical documentation, etc. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and ability to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely - Expert understanding of service and product, and ability to innovate new ways the product can serve customers <strong>Benefits</strong> - Health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(K) - PTO - Long-term/short-term disability insurance. - Life insurance. <strong>지원방법:</strong> <strong>이력서 제출:</strong> job@iseecareers.com I agree to the terms of service Update List
