Email all resumes and/or questions to nikki.im@rotemusa.com</strong> Job Title: Project Engineer Employment Status: Full time, Exempt Salary: $45k-50k per year with benefits Location: Denver, CO Department: Engineering Reports to: Sr. Director Job Responsibilities: • Collaborate with Engineering of Hyundai Rotem in Korea for all technical issues • Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects • Identify and analyze system integration issues and provide solutions to complex design issues • Ensure compliance with customer technical specifications, FRA, FTA, and APTA guidelines as well as other applicable US engineering standards such as ASTM, IEEE, and ASME • Participate in client/contractor meetings and resolve client/engineering and management project issues and serve as point-of-contact for transit agencies for all project issues • Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly project status reports • Monitor budgets, contractors, and schedules. Maintain accurate records and electronic database of all elements of the project • Organize meetings with clients and suppliers nationally and globally. Organize progress meetings with transit authorities to foster mutual understanding of engineering constraints, production scheduling, and quality control protocols throughout duration of the project • Perform other duties as required Experience/Skill Requirements: • 0-3 years’ experience in railway or manufacturing industries preferred • A high degree of confidence with software and applications is a must (MS Office, AutoCAD) • Excellent written and verbal communications, organizational skills, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task Education Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Job Requirements: • Must be currently authorized to work in any company in the US for other than practical training • Bilingual Korean/English preferred • Some domestic and international travel required I agree to the terms of service Update List
